Another Chelsea loanee catching the eyes of many this season is Tammy Abraham. The teenage sensation has been with Chelsea since he was 8 and was a instrumental part of the youth sides that won back to back FA Youth Cups and UEFA Youth League titles in 2014/15 and 2015/16. After scoring 74 times in 98 appearances in those two seasons across all competitions at various youth levels, Guus Hiddink rewarded the young man by allowing him to train with the first team in order to aid his progression. He made his Premier League debut on the 11th May 2016 at Anfield where Chelsea drew 1-1 and the week after he made his home debut in a 1-1 draw with champions Leicester City. Despite not scoring, the youngster played with no fear and didn't look out of place amongst the first team superstars. On 5 August 2016, Bristol City signed him on a season long loan and it didn't take long for him to impress as he scored 3 goals in his first 3 games. He found the back of the net 6 times in September which saw him pick up the Championship Player of the Month award. However, the goals have dried up for him lately with his last coming against Barnsley on the 29th October. A goal drought has not affected his confidence though as he's earned himself a reputation for being a workaholic at his loan club and if he keeps working hard, there's no doubt that he'll find himself amongst the goals again. He is averaging a goal every 2 games which has been rather impressive for a player in his first full year of professional football and if he keeps progressing like this year after year, Chelsea may have the next best striker in the world on their books.
